ABC Brianza - Alfa Romeo 8C/35 Six Wheeler 1:43 model
Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Another unusual Alfa Romeo, this time an older single seat race car converted to contest hillclimbs in the UK early post-war. The car is modelled as it appeared at Bo'Ness in Scotland in 1953, with double rear wheels fitted. Rather unusually there aren't complete wheels on longer axles but simply an extra rim. On the first look at the hand built we thought that this was an error but the real car photos in the kit instructions confirm that this was how the car appeared. Strange but accurate! The kit looks relatively straightforward and the hand built is nicely finished.
About ABC Brianza
Well cast kits, usually resin but occasionally metal, with a good level of p/e detail. Accuracy sometimes questionable but usually pretty good. Good clear instructions. Built models usually to a very high standard. Larger scale kits for the experienced builder only. Made in Italy.
