ABC Brianza - Maserati Quattroporte Pick Up Fire Truck 1:43 model
Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Maserati Quattroporte Pick Up Fire Truck Kit available BRK43319 This rather unusual conversion started life as a standard Quattroporte in 1967. It was acquired by CEA of Bologna in 1973 and was one of five such cars used as race track fire tenders. We commented when looking at the kit parts that the white metal components would need a lot of cleaning up and this has been done very well on the hand built. The main paint finish on the bodywork is quite heavy and has flooded the very fine panel lines a little, but the rest of the build is very neat and tidy and the completed model looks attractive.
About ABC Brianza
Well cast kits, usually resin but occasionally metal, with a good level of p/e detail. Accuracy sometimes questionable but usually pretty good. Good clear instructions. Built models usually to a very high standard. Larger scale kits for the experienced builder only. Made in Italy.
