Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Jaguarís XJ12 was due an update in 1973 and one proposal was this machine restyled by Pininfarina. It was a brave design with a heavily raked rear windscreen and sharp swage line running along the flanks. Alezanís model captures the rough profile of the car well but that swage line is far too soft and completely swamped by a heavy paint finish. The interior detail is not bad and the front and rear trim is recognisable when compared with press photos, but it could be a lot better. One for the serious Jaguar or concept car collector.
Simple and accurate resin kits but very basic instructions. Range suitable for newcomers to our hobby due to simplicity of kits. Some kits also available built. ALEAC references are built only and very limited editions with production numbers often only in double figures. Made in France
