Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine The castings in the Jowett kits look very good indeed and though there is a small amount of flash to clean up the panel engraving is particularly good on the door shuts and bonnets. The kits are very simple with few parts but we do see the odd piece of photo-etch where necessary and the instructions, though they look crude at first, include plenty of colour information in both French and English including details for test versions should you wish to model these. Two of the kits offer class winners with Wisdom & Wise living up to their names and not doing anything rash in 1950, finishing sixteenth overall and first in the 1101-1500c.c. category and Bec quart & Wilkins winning the same group the following year albeit a little further down the overall order.
Simple (and sometimes a little crude) resin & metal kits of some of the more unusual machines tor have appeared at Le Mans. For the experienced modeller. Hand builts generally well finished and show that with care they will build decent models. Made in France
