Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Alfa Romeo tried several different bodywork configurations during the 1967 Le Mans test weekend, ultimately without much success, and didn’t take part in the race weekend. Here we see one of the short tailed ‘periscopo’ with large air intake above the roll over bar. The main resin castings of the body and chassis plate have very fine panel engraving though there are a few feed tags to clean off and on the return edges a few small bubbles, though nothing in critical areas. The kit has a fair amount of etch for the smallest details and the very well finished hand built shows that it all goes together well.
