Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine This is a similar body style to the famous 1938 Mille Miglia cars and the 412 was based on the 8C 2900 chassis but it was a pure race car and only four chassis were apparently built before Italy was drawn into World War 2 and they were mothballed. Once again on the model the finish is pretty good with lots of nice fine etch and the colour on this one is more like we would expect to see on the earlier cars. This car retired on the first leg of the Mille Miglia in 1950 and we have no photos of it in action, though the shape looks reasonably close to the car ex-factory.
About Alfa Model 43
Well finished and presented resin hand built models. Good paint and a modest amount of carefully applied photo-etch detailing. Subjects usually the slightly more unusual Alfa Romeo subjects, plus a few Ferraris, again rarely modelled versions. Made in Italy.
