Alfa Model 43 - Alfa Romeo 6c 2500 Cabriolet Ghia 1:43 model
Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Alfa Romeo 6c 2500 Cabriolet Ghia 1947 de Portago Also available AM430335 metallic blue In terms of basic shape, this looks pretty close to the car delivered to Fon de Portago early in 1948, the chassis having been laid down in 1947 before delivery to Ghia. The only photos of the real car that we have found show it in black, both now and in a period shot in the de Portago biography in our library, but we have found a very similar car in a mid-metallic. The overall level of finish on the model is, as usual from AM43, very good with excellent paint and plenty of neat etched detailing.
About Alfa Model 43
Well finished and presented resin hand built models. Good paint and a modest amount of carefully applied photo-etch detailing. Subjects usually the slightly more unusual Alfa Romeo subjects, plus a few Ferraris, again rarely modelled versions. Made in Italy.
