Another joint effort between Aoshima and Beemax (along with the McLaren MP4-2), this kit has been some time coming but at last we have a new generation World Touring Car subject to build. The model is kerbside but there is a fair level of chassis and suspension detail including the bottom of an engine which will be covered with an undertray. The roll cage and cabin detail is very good but is lacking seat belts, so an aftermarket solution will be needed either in the shape of the detailing set intended for the kit or from Studio 27 (STUFP24177). The main livery is for Huff’s championship winning car but the excellent decals also include options for Menu and Muller should you prefer, or maybe build all three?
