Porsche 956 Le Mans 1984 #34 Bob Jane by Automodelli Studio
Although visually different, the two Bob Jane models actually depict the same car from different races, it having long tail bodywork at Le Mans and a high downforce short tail for the shorter Silverstone circuit. The kit parts are generally well cast with excellent fine panel detail and no major blemishes on visible surfaces, though there may be the odd bubble to fill on the return edges. The style of the kits is similar to the old Starter 956s and this means a relatively simple build. The decals are clearly printed with strong colours and the basic instructions include some nice clear colour drawings for decal placement and a nice big colour chip. The parts in the base ‘donor’ kit are basically the same as the Silverstone race car but with no decals. Ideal for use with decals from Colorado, DMC or others.
