Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine We were impressed by Biante’s first Cooper model, Brabham’s 1960 Championship winning car, and here we see two versions of the Rob Walker entered machine driven by Stirling Moss during the 1959 season. The models are once again very well detailed with a lift off rear body section giving a decent view of the four cylinder Climax engine and plenty of fine etched suspension detail including the transverse leaf spring. Visually there is little difference between the two cars apart from race numbers and the Monaco car having white front wheels. Moss started in the principality from pole position but retired from the race with transmission failure. A few races later in Portugal the car held together and he won.
Very well detaield and finished diecast and resincast models, usually with an Antipodean connection. Made in China for Australia.
