Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Fred Wacker's bright red '8 Ball Special' Allard-Cadillac enjoyed a fair degree of success in SCCA races in the early 1950s though the car is modelled here in what appears to have been an unfortunate outing. Wacker was third in the early stages of the Watkins Glen sports car Grand Prix when proceedings were cut short due to an accident involving spectators and it would appear from the results listings, this car. We have no photos from this race but the model does check out well with other events and is well finished.
Very well finished mass-produced resin models. As the name suggests, subjects chosen are often the more unusual cars to have raced. Paint finishes usually very good. Some models feature photo-etched components. Made in China.
