Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Ford Mustang Trans-Am 1968 Titus Having won the Trans-Am title in 1967, Jerry Titus and Ford were on the back foot for much of 1968 with engine failures and accidents leading to a long list of DNFs. The decal sheet says that the car is from Bridgehampton, where the engine went pop, but the car was unchanged in decoration for most of the season and the car did last the distance at Watkins Glen, Titus taking a win. It will be necessary to paint the bonnet satin black after the main pale yellow finish is applied, but thatís as tricky as it gets.
Reasonably well cast white metal kits that build with ease. Open wheeled subjects usually accurate, road cars not always so. With hand-built models again single seaters usually better. Made in England.
