ABC Brianza - Maserati Quattroporte Pick Up Fire Truck 1:43 model
Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Maserati Quattroporte Pick Up Fire Truck 1973 - kit Hand built available ABC319 This rather unusual conversion is modelled on one of five Maseratis built in 1973 by CEA of Bologna as race track fire tenders. As a base they used second hand machines, this example having originally been someone’s luxury transport in 1967! The main resin body in the kit is well moulded, but the white metal parts in our sample will need quite a bit of cleaning up before painting. The instructions could be clearer too for some of the smaller parts and we found that photos of the real car were needed to work out where they all go. Well worth the effort to make something a little unusual.
