BoS Models - Intermeccanica Indra 2+2 Coupe 1:43 model
Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Intermeccanica Indra 2+2 Coupe 1971 Red Alternative version BSM43180 Cabriolet Intermeccanica had started making tuning parts for small Fiats in the late 1950s, but soon moved into limited production sports cars. The Indra was commissioned by Opel and used the running gear from the Diplomat, some cars with the straight six, others small block V8s, but the plug was pulled after 127 examples had been made. The coupe here represents the rarest body design of which there were just 27 built, while the cabriolets were the most numerous with 60 produced, an odd looking hard top accounting for the other 40 cars produced. Comparing the models with real car images a little artistic license has crept in as they look slightly longer than they should. The mouldings are crisp though and the paint finishes good.
About BoS Models
Relatively low cost resincast models. Decent accuracy but some detailing such as wheels variable. Still very good value. Made in China.
