Carbone - Chromes - Bugatti T46S Torpedo Wicker "La Farbie" 1:43 model
Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Bugatti T46S Torpedo Wicker “La Farbie” This rather unusual looking Bugatti is referred to in many places as a 1929/62 car, 1929 being the date that the car was first built with standard saloon coachwork and 1962 being when the wicker body was created, by a Dutch school for the blind according to historian Barrie Price. This wasn’t the first re-body, during the war it was used as a truck! The car is a familiar sight on Bugatti events and so we have plenty of photos to compare the model with. Overall it looks very good and the various textures are neatly replicated with different paint effects, so we have a deep gloss on the bonnet and wings, that basketwork looks very authentic and the luggage trunk has a satin finish to represent leather.
