CMC - Ferrari 250GT SWB Spider California 1:18 model
Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine We had a sneak preview of CMC’s gorgeous Ferrari 250SWB at Nurnberg in February but now we have a chance to have a much closer look at a pre-production sample. Under the bonnet we find a fully detailed V12 engine with plenty of wiring and plumbing, realistic linkages and ancillaries including a pair of horns tucked down the side of the radiator. The cockpit has plenty to feast your eyes on and the seats and door panels are actually covered in incredibly thin leather. The map pockets on the sample were a little less than precise but this is something that will be rectified on the production models that are due in September. The boot of the car had us struggling at first until we realised that it is necessary to press the release button in the middle of the handle to get in! Once open there is a carpeted luggage area and jack in evidence. Another CMC stunner and as an added bonus, the blue and silver versions will be supplied with optional hard top.
