Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Kauhsen WK1 Spain 1979 The Kauhsen team name appeared just twice on the F1 entry lists, Gianfranco Brancatelli the driver trying to qualify the poorly performing machine with no success. First time out at Jarama the car was predominantly black with a small amount of sponsorship, while for the second outing at Zolder things were rather more colourful with lots of yellow and red striping. The decoration is clearly printed on the decals and looks to be complete and accurately proportioned. The decals are the highlights of the kits as the castings will need a lot of work. The resin for the body, engine block and rear wing isnít too bad but the white metal parts are very rough indeed. With patience it will be possible to build a reasonable model and for those looking to chart the full history of F1 it will be worth the effort to capture this rare machine.
