Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Pegaso Z102 Coupe Saoutchik 1953 White Also available ESD110MB Blue & ESD110 kit Saoutchik were only asked to clothe a handful of Pegaso chassis, Touringís designs being more popular, and as far as we can work out there were only three production series 1 coupes and a prototype and the body details on the model appear to be a selection of the various different designs, with most of it matching the original prototype but the addition of the rear wing vents and bumpers from the production cars. The kit parts are well cast, the hard resin having just a small amount of flash and needing the surfaces cleaning thoroughly before painting. The small parts are finely made and the hand built shows that an attractive model can be built, itís just a question of what exactly?!
Beautifully cast, very simple resin kits and hand-built models. Kits include some white metal parts, minimal photo-etch and basic but useful instructions. Some subjects slightly let down by the rather crude cast wheels. Built models generally well built. Made in France.
