Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine There may not be too many 1:43 kits of modern F1 subjects about at the moment but there are a fair number in 1:20 and this edition of F1 Modelling will be very handy for the early season 2011 as they arrive. Much has been made of exhaust positioning and ‘blown’ floors and diffusers, and the photographs here concentrate very much on these details. With Red Bull winning the 2010 championship, there is a look back at all of their cars and the design genius of Adrian Newey. In terms of actual model builds, there is a superdetailing feature on Tamiya’s Lotus 79 and also a very well detailed 1:20 model of Noritake Takehara’s Kojima KE009 along with an interview with the driver, though you’ll need to be able to read Japanese to appreciate the latter.
