Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine McLaren M7A 1st Italy 1968 Hulme Alternative versions FOR042MI2FOR042MC1FOR042MC2FOR042MC11FOR042MGB1FOR042MGB2FOR042MU1FOR042MU2 & FOR042MU14 There were many subtle detail changes to the McLaren M7A during the 1968 season and at Monza the car appeared with no rear engine cover and for the fastest race of the calendar, where the cars were at full throttle for much of the race, a larger fuel tank fitted on the right hand side. The car is well modelled for the race and checks out with period images. The finish is once again excellent and our only gripe is a minor one that applies to many makers of built models with exposed engines, a lack of plug wiring.
