Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Over the years the regulations for the Suzuka 8 Hour motorcycle race have varied but through most of the 1980s it was an event for production based 750cc machines and it attracted many of the world’s top riders. This Yoshimura built Suzuki was ridden by Satoshi Tsujimoto and the rising star, Kevin Schwantz. The kit is well detailed with removable fairings and plenty of mechanical detail in a similar style to the standard setting Tamiya offerings. There’s also a fair amount of photo-etch included with fuel fillers, brake detailing parts and facings for the chain which is moulded with small mounting pins included.
Mass produced plastic kits that build well. Instructions usually in several languages. Some subjects require slightly more advanced modelling techniques but these are well explained in the instructions. Made in Japan.
