Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Fujimi seem to have started on a theme of Suzuka 8 Hours machinery, this following close behind two other releases and a flyer in the box telling us of another 1987 machine to come. The bike offered here was entered by Kenny Roberts for rising American star John Kocinski and fellow AMA 250 front runner Cal Rayborn III, which they took to third overall in the Japanese endurance classic. There’s plenty of detail in the kit to get stuck into with thinly cast fairings covering full chassis and engine. The parts are all moulded in either white, grey or black plastic so there’s plenty of scope to get stuck in with the Alclad finishes. The decals include the red sections of the livery and because this is a Japanese market kit, the sponsorship is complete.
Mass produced plastic kits that build well. Instructions usually in several languages. Some subjects require slightly more advanced modelling techniques but these are well explained in the instructions. Made in Japan.
