Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Suzuki RGV-r (XR74) 1988 #34 Fujimi call this a late season version of the Suzuki RGV and from the race number is appears to be a Kevin Schwantz machine, but not from the World Championship. The works livery suggest that it’s a bike ridden in the exhibition TBC Big Road Race at Sugo which saw many of the world’s top riders going head to head with the local heroes. The white and two-tone blue design calls for a fairly complex and accurate masking job as the clearly printed decals only include race numbers, number backings and a few sponsor logos. Under the skin is the familiar, pretty well detailed chassis that we’ve already seen in Lucky Strike and Pepsi colours.
Mass produced plastic kits that build well. Instructions usually in several languages. Some subjects require slightly more advanced modelling techniques but these are well explained in the instructions. Made in Japan.
