Books - Mercedes-Benz Grand Prix W196, Spectacular Silver Arrows (Author: Ludvigsen)
Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine weight 700g by Karl Ludvigsen
We're getting a real sense of deja vu with this addition to the Ludvigsen Library Series of photographic histories, we're sure he covered this subject several years ago and some of the images are very familiar. All of the images are in black and white, as we might expect with period photos from the 1950s, but the images are quite superb, particularly from a modeller's point of view. There are a fair few race photos but it is the excellent close up images of various chassis and engine parts that are of the greatest interest.
Over the years we have created a library here at GPM and many collectors regularly ask us which books we use most and which are the most reliable source of information. We offer quality titles selected for their reference material content.
