Books - Grand Prix Ford, Ford, Cosworth and the DFV (Authors: Robson)
Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Grand Prix Ford - Ford, Cosworth and the DFV Weight 1.9kg by Graham Robson From its introduction in the Lotus 49 in 1967 through to its final F1 race in 1983, the Cosworth DFV was the dominant engine in F1 and after the first season, was basically available to anyone. The concept for this book was from the late Anthony Pritchard and the subject was taken over by Graham Robson to complete the story. We read of the development of the engine and of the huge variety of machines that it was fitted into the back of, both in F1 and modified for sports car use, with each car type illustrated.
Over the years we have created a library here at GPM and many collectors regularly ask us which books we use most and which are the most reliable source of information. We offer quality titles selected for their reference material content.
