Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine weight 600g by Jon Stroud
This is a strange little book but one which would be ideal for someone who is just starting to take an interest in the more extreme areas of car design. The format is very small (our British readers will probably remember Observer's books) and will happily fit in a jacket pocket. There are plenty of very good studio photographs of cars from the Bugatti Aerolithe through to some of the latest concept cars. There are specific chapters covering particular trends in concept cars, such as the wedge shapes popular in the 1980s and the current fashion for design inspired by 1960s muscle cars, and the text is brief and informative.
Over the years we have created a library here at GPM and many collectors regularly ask us which books we use most and which are the most reliable source of information. We offer quality titles selected for their reference material content.
