Books - F1 Technical Analysis 2010 (Author: Piola)
Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine With the 2011 F1 season drawing to a close (it will be over by the time you’re reading this) it is time for Giorgio Piola’s review of the previous years cars and their technical details. As usual the Italian engineer goes into great depth and explains extremely well the developments and reasoning behind them, assisted by his excellent full colour technical drawings. We learn exactly what the controversies were and the limits introduced for flexible wings and floor components, there are explanations of the packaging of these complex racing machines and any significant developments during the season are highlighted. There is also a look at the regulation changes for 2011 and a brief look at the cars as they started this season, with particular attention paid to exhaust systems. A must for the serious F1 fan!
Over the years we have created a library here at GPM and many collectors regularly ask us which books we use most and which are the most reliable source of information. We offer quality titles selected for their reference material content.
