HWM Coronation 1953 Fairman by Jade Miniatures
Kit available JAD43106
These five are the first of thirteen variants of the HWM which Jade are planning on releasing split between three kits and all as hand builts. On these first releases the main difference is in numbering, with the Peter Collins car also having a distinctive nose band. We’ve found race photos for most of them and the decal placement appears to be correct in those cases. The dark green paint finishes are well applied and the smaller details carefully fitted. These will make for quite a sub-theme all together.

About Jade Miniatures
A well established range of well thought out kits and hand built models of competition cars, mostly from the golden era of the 1950s and 60s. The kits are generally pretty simple with well cast resin bodies, small numbers of resin and white metal ancillaries and a modest amount of etch. In the case of open wheeled subjects, the etch usually includes most or all of the suspension. Hand builts generally well finished. Made in France.
