Dodge Charger 1966 by Jade Miniatures
Hand builts also available - JADC4306M - red, JADC4306MB - black & JADC4306MS - silver
Every now and then Jade produces something that has us scratching our heads a little as there appears to be little or no logic to it other than ‘Ooh, that’s a nice car I think I’ll make it’. And why not. This ‘66 Charger is a case in point, though there is the potential to make NASCAR versions in the future. The basic exterior shape looks good and the ribbed grille is particularly finely cast. The interior is moulded with all of the seats and dashboard in one and this isn’t quite square, but that shouldn’t notice too much once it’s all together. Jade’s test build photo shows the wheels rather a long way inboard, so be careful at this stage of assembly.

About Jade Miniatures
A well established range of well thought out kits and hand built models of competition cars, mostly from the golden era of the 1950s and 60s. The kits are generally pretty simple with well cast resin bodies, small numbers of resin and white metal ancillaries and a modest amount of etch. In the case of open wheeled subjects, the etch usually includes most or all of the suspension. Hand builts generally well finished. Made in France.
