Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine At last, a Lotus 92 in 1:43! The model maker actually started with Tameo’s T94 (TMK009) and this has been extensively modified to create this miniature. In terms of shape things look pretty good though at the rear the upper bodywork is a little shallow and the opening in the side pods by the exhausts is slightly large. There should be an engine block in the way when looking through that hole but we can see straight out the other side, which is slightly disappointing. Decal colour should be oatmeal not gold and Elf, Champion & Pirelli logos on the engine cover are in the wrong order for everywhere except San Marino, where the car ran a different wing. The details do match the restored car though. The paint finish could also be better but the build is clean and tidy and the scrubbed tyres are a nice finishing touch.
Very limited production hand built models, modified from existing kits such as Tameo to create some previously unmodelled subjects. Made in Czech Republic.
