Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine These two models purport to represent a pair of class winning cars from the Mille Miglia. But for a couple of minor decals the 1955 car of Seidel and Glockler is reasonably accurate and the experienced driver pairing finished eighth overall on their way to that class victory. The previous year Herrmann and Linge went even better finishing sixth overall, helped in part by an incident which became part of Mille Miglia legend when they drove the low slung car under a closed level crossing gate at full speed rather than stop and wait for the train. Donít try that at home kids. The model is accurate in so far as it is a silver Porsche wearing #351. It is the wrong body shape though, with the incorrect high tail, and is missing colour flashes from the rear wings. Inexcusable when this is one of the best documented cars from that yearís event.
