Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Ferrari 375MM Torrey Pines 1955 #20c After its second placed finish on the Carrera Panamericana, this uniquely-bodied Ferrari was repainted in a deep red and raced a few times by Carroll Shelby. Here we see the car as Shelby won at Torrey Pines, one of the few races we have a decent colour photos from. As so often with Jolly Models, the shape of the car isn’t quite there, being a little long and low, but the thanks to its distinctive features the car is instantly recognisable. The general finish of the model is good with decent paint and well placed etched parts but there are a number of errors on the decoration. The main colour is too bright based both on the photo and the description of the car by the man who restored it, there should be a white band around the radiator opening, the numbers on the sides should be above the side trim, not bisected by it, and there shouldn’t be decals on the tail fin at all.
