JPS - Renault Primaquatre SAPRAR Cabriolet 1:43 model
Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Renault Primaquatre SAPRAR Cabriolet 1938 “Société Anonyme Pièces Réparations Accessoires Renault”, SAPRAR was a Paris based supplier of accessories and aftermarket parts and their early advertising claims that they were the only firm doing so sanctioned by Renault. They also commissioned special coachwork and this elegant roadster is one of only ten built for them by Pourtout. Period photos of most of the cars show them without windscreens but we have found two images which match this car, presumably taken at a concours event judging by the elegant lady in her best frock. The main body casting in the kit has a decent cream paint finish and you will need to carefully pick out the smaller details such as the folded roof and moulded in door handles. The kit is packed with a vacform to protect the delicate windscreen frame and with the detail painting done it will be a simple assembly job.
Simple to build, very well cast and painted resin kits ideal for the first time builder. Great variety of subjects to choose from. Made in France.
