Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Ferrari 512M Le Mans 1971 #16 Sandeman Ferrari didnít have any works cars at Le Mans in 1971 and so Maranelloís challenge to Porsche was conducted by various privateers. David Piperís 512M was the second Ferrari home, fourth overall, despite having various issues including needing a clutch change during the race. The decoration is relatively simple with Piperís regular backing from Sandeman and a few supplierís logos. Itís all neatly applied and the finish is to MGís usual high standard.
