Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine These two models depict the same car from opposing ends of its career. The Sebring 12 hours in 1970 marked the carís debut but it endured a difficult race suffering from various damage and eventually retiring with either gearbox or fuel pump problems, depending on which source you read. The pace of development was so swift in sports car racing in the early 70s that 15 months later at Le Mans the car was already considered quite elderly and was off the pace, again retiring with fuel supply issues. Both models are well finished with the Sebring car just having the edge on the finesse of the smallest details, for example etched canard fins on the front rather than moulded in fences on the Le Mans version.
