Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine The BOAC 1000kms at Brands Hatch was a race that Ferrari preferred to put behind them in 1970, as though the factory 512Ss were fast, they and the team were not well prepared and suffered niggling electrical problems. Amon and Merzario had the better run and the Kiwi had taken the lead before tripping over a backmarker in the rain and losing over two laps in the pits largely due to disorganisation of the crew. This well finished hand built depicts the car in pristine, start of race condition and we see excellent paint and carefully placed decals. This 512S and 512M series is a very nice collection.
