Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine We have three chassis represented here. Jim Adams drove his car, chassis 1040, in numerous events during the 1970 season with mixed results. At Edmonton he finished seventh overall and was classified eighth at Mid Ohio, though wasn’t running as he’d run out of fuel! We’ve found photos from that race and the car matches pretty well. The Montjuich Le Mans test car ran with very little sponsorship, with what was there just on the nose and again that matches well here. The two versions of the George Loos car were non-finishers. Paint on all of the models is a bit heavy, particularly on lower surfaces, but otherwise they’re pretty good representations of their subjects.
