Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Ferrari 500 Avus 1953 #34 Adolff Alternative version MGMR43037 Nurburgring German amateur racer Kurt Adolff raced in a number of national championship F2 races and the German GP during 1953, usually at the wheel of the Ecurie Espadon Ferrari 500. The Avusrennen had a healthy entry of twenty-five but only seven of these were classified with two more running but way behind. Adolph lasted longest of the non-finishers and we’ve found an excellent photo of his car parked, broken on the Nordkurve infield. The decal placement and small details visible match very well on the model and the finish is to a high standard.
