Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Kuzma Agajanian Special 1st Indy 1952 Hand built available MID43060M Troy Ruttman became the youngest ever winner of the Indy 500 in 1952 when he took the flag aged just 22. His Kuzma-Offy, the Agajanian Special, also made history as being the last car designed for dirt track racing to win the race. This kit was originally released some years ago before Midlantic took a break from kit production and features a resin body with white metal for the bulk of the smaller parts. The body casting has some light flash to remove and a couple of mounting holes need opening out, but the surface and panel lines are very good. The white metal parts are to a very high standard too, just needing removing from their casting sprues and there is a modest amount of etch and clearly printed decals to finish things off.
Excellent kits and hand-built models using crisply cast resin bodies, white metal ancillary parts, lots of fine photo-etching and (usually) good decals. Clear instructions include a parts list with detailed colours. Beautifully finished hand builts. Made in England
