Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Although this kit offers three very different livery choices, they are only two different cars. The second T70 Mk3b built went to Sidney Taylor Racing and the car appeared several times during the 1969 season, Silverstone being the most notable with a race long battle between Redman in this car and Hulme in a similar machine, Redman eventually losing. The car, and Redman, then went to South Africa for the winter and for the Kyalami 9 Hours, John Love had the car redecorated in his typical orange, brown and gold livery. The third option in the kit is Paul Hawkins plain red car. At Spa, Hawkins and Prophet led away from pole position but the engine failed late on. The kit will be a relatively simple build whichever version you go for. A colour chip is included to match the orange for the Kyalami car, there are clearly printed decal stripes for this and the white and green Taylor versions and a modest amount of etch adds the final finishing touches. The hand built models are all finished to Marshs usual high standards and they demonstrate that, as expected, the parts go together very well.
