Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine We usually think of Willi Kauhsen’s bright yellow Bosch-sponsored Porsche as an Interserie entry (and a successful one at that) but in October 1972, with the European season pretty much over, the car was shipped to California for the final couple of Can-Am races. The Laguna Seca race ended with turbo problems but at Riverside the German finished eighth. The decoration changed quite a bit between the two races and it is the Riverside car that we see here. The decals look to be correct for this race and everything is finished to a typically high standard on the hand built model. Kit builders might wish to be a little less careful as the car was looking pretty well used by this point in the season!
