Ford France’s 1966 Le Mans entry was chassis 1007 but failed to finish the race. We’re not sure whether it was this or their other chassis (1020) which was entered the following year on the Targa Florio but we know it finished fifth and the decoration on both models looks very good, with the tail correctly painted satin black on the Targa version.
