Marsh Models DecoArt - Delage D8-120 De Villars 1:43 model
Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine The first version of this beautiful Delage modelled by Marsh Models (MMDA002) depicts the car as it is now in America but here we see it as it first appeared in France in the late 1930s. The most obvious difference is of course the colour but the body is an all new casting too as the car was first built with rather unusual protruding scoop beneath the radiator. The kit parts are typically well cast and the option is included to build the car with the roof either raised or lowered. The main wheels and tyres are cast as a unit and there are then photo-etched spoke parts to fit into the centres and this looks to be the most tricky parts of a straightforward build. Our built sample is very well finished and makes for a handsome model.
