Motorsport Model Kit - Ferrari 458 GT3 Evo 1:43 model
Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Ferrari 458 GT3 PWC 2015 Momo First impressions of these first releases from new Italian makers MMK are very good indeed. The resin parts are particularly clean and are very thinly moulded, requiring minimal clean-up to open out a few vents etc. White metal is provided for wheels, brakes and many other ancillary parts including the top of the engine and a very delicate looking roll cage. Windows are printed, pre-cut acetate and are the only real negative as the printing on these is rather fuzzy. The decals on the other hand are excellent. The parts are common to all of the kits and that means that the factory Ferrari wheels donít match the race photos included in the instructions for the Momo cars, we suspect these are fitted with their own wheels in reality. The liveries are all interesting and of the two options in the Momo kit, the black chrome finish (Alclad ALC124) is particularly striking. The other Momo car has a simple red finish, as does the Scuderia BMS Italia entry, while the Villorba Corse machine is a smart black. Whichever version you choose should be a fun build and will create a fine looking miniature.
