Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Here we have something of an oddity, two quite different models depicting the same car from the same race. Preston Henn’s 935 started the Daytona 24 Hours in long tailed form and ran strongly before being involved in a collision which caused significant bodywork damage. After a lengthy pitstop it reappeared with new, shorter rear bodywork and a revised wing and later still the front bodywork was changed. Despite these long stops the lineup of Foyt, Wollek and Bell (who had joined mid race) finished second. The kits therefore have completely different bodies, though the bulk of the white metal parts for the chassis, interior and engine detail are common between the two. The hand built models are finished to the usual high standard that we’re used to from Marsh, whether you want the car as it started or finished the race. For those taking the kit option a two tone paint finish will be needed with the blue matched to the darker shade on the Valvoline decals.
