Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Road cars are fairly rare releases from Marsh and usually have some sort of connection with a race car already made. This subject was originally conceived by McLaren as a competitor to the Lola T70 and others in international sportscar racing but the rules were changed before it was completed making it obsolete and Bruce McLaren instead chose to use the prototype as his road car. It was a good looking car and Marsh have captured the shape nicely on the model. The kit parts are the familiar mix of resin, white metal and a small amount of photo-etch and the hand built shows that all goes together well and is finished to a high standard.
