Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Ferrari 250GT Breadvan Le Mans 1962 #16 Count Volpi’s 250SWB-based ‘Breadvan’ is one of the most striking special bodied Ferraris ever built and before becoming a road car, it enjoyed mixed success during the 1962 racing season. Le Mans was one of the poorer performances with retirement due to transmission failure. The car is instantly recognisable here and Look Smart’s model is beautifully finished with neatly fitting windows, some subtle etched details and fine wire wheels. The nose is ever so slightly long and low, but otherwise a fine miniature.
