Matrix - Bentley Mk6 Countryman Saloon Harold Radford 1:43 model
Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Bentley Mk6 Countryman Harold Radford 1948 As tax dodges go, this coachbuilt Bentley is a pretty extravagant one. Originally a two seater, the Harold Radford shooting break design was classified as a commercial vehicle and so avoided the 66.66% purchase tax in place on luxury items in 1948. The car modelled was the last of eight such machines built and did have rear seats, although with no rear doors access wouldn’t have been the most dignified! The shape of the car is well replicated, the wood panelling has been neatly finished and looks convincing and the main silver paint finish is evenly applied with a fine grain and no puddling.
Very well finished resincast models. Made in China.
