Matrix - Buick Series 40 Lancefield Drop Head 1:43 model
Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Buick Series 40 Lancefield Drop Head 1938 This unique three-position drop-head coupe body was created by Lancefield of London on a Buick chassis for the Singer sewing machine company and was used extensively in the UK for many years before being shipped to America. It has survived unmolested throughout its life and is modelled here with the roof in the semi-raised position. The chrome side trim looks slightly thick but otherwise the detailing and finish are excellent, with the unusual swaged edges to the flowing wings and running boards and plenty of other subtle chrome detailing.
Very well finished resincast models. Made in China.
