Product Review Taken From Four Small Wheels Magazine Squire 1.5 Litre DHC Corsica 1937 Black Adrian Squire was only 21 when he founded his own motor company, initially repairing and tuning cars and then moving on to make his own Anzani-powered machines. They were well engineered but also very expensive and only seven were sold before he gave up and went to work for Lagonda. A customer bought the rights and two more cars were built, this very pretty roadster with bodywork by Corsica being one of them. The delicate v-shaped windscreen adds a sense of speed even with the car standing still and draws the eye back to the rounded tail. The shape of the model looks very good and it has an excellent black paint finish, carefully applied chrome trim and a smartly finished pale blue interior adding contrast.
Very well finished resincast models. Made in China.
